Bronze circle/rod of grade CuSn5Zn5Pb5 has excellent mechanical properties, high corrosion resistance, is easily processed. The bronze rod or bronze circle of CuSn5Zn5Pb5 is produced by our company using the continuous casting method, due to which our products are distinguished by the fine graininess of the alloy, as well as the absence of nonmetallic inclusions, pores and shells on the surface. Bronze circle / rod CuSn5Zn5Pb5 - semi-finished product, used in the future for the production of a number of products used in agricultural machinery, machine tools, hydraulic equipment.

Parts made from this alloy are the most sparing for the neighboring parts involved in friction. This is due to the fact that CuSn5Zn5Pb5 is one of the softest bronzes.

The technical advantages of our wheels from bronze of grade CuSn5Zn5Pb5 are high antifriction qualities, thanks to the composition of tin. Tin bronzes are weakly sensitive to overheating and gases, welded and brazed, frost-hardy, not magnetic, and also do not give a spark when striking.
